DebHi, my name is Deb Birdsall. I’ve been performing therapeutic massage professionally for 20 years (18 of those as the owner/operator of the business). As a licensed massage therapist (LMT), I have a multi-faceted scope of practice.

I am a Certified Medical Massage Therapist, which has given me the knowledge of how to treat many joint-specific problems such as frozen shoulder, neck pain, hip pain, knee pain, sciatica and others. Some of my other training includes Cranio-Sacral techniques, Positional Release, Active Isolated Stretching, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue massage.

In addition, I have 18 years of experience as a Doula. As such, I have worked with 37 expectant parents providing knowledge and support to prepare them to experience a healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery. I also specialize in pregnancy massage.

Although massage is my profession, it is absolutely my passion. I feel privileged every day that I can help my clients to release pain and achieve a balanced lifestyle physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

JimHi, my name is Jim Davis, and I’m certified in Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork. I’ve been a massage therapist for over 18 years, and my focus is on resolving pain, posture, movement and dysfunctional issues for my clients.

As a Clinical Massage Therapist, I perform therapeutic massage using physical touch and pressure to relieve pain and heal injuries. My clients experience an increase in range of motion of the affected areas, as well as a decrease in complaints of pain. This type of therapy has been found to be a very useful tool in the treatment of soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament) disorders. Another technique that I frequently utilize is deep tissue massage, which can relieve chronic patterns of muscle tension due to physical and emotional stress and/or injuries.
